How to change the password.

You can change your password after signing into the application. Below are the steps to change the password by:

Sign-in to the application.

Hover the mouse on name on the top right on the home page.

Enter current password, new password & confirm new password.

Reset the password.

I lost my password. How to get / recover my password

The option is available on Sign in page. Below are the steps to recover password:

On home page click on Sign in.

Click on the Forgot Password link on the Sign in page.

Enter registered Email address in the space provided and provide OTP.

Click on the Send Me.

You will get an Email with new password.

How much time it takes to get the course activated after making the payment

You will get access to course immediately on making successful payment. You will get an email with password. Just Sign in to the application with the given password.

Unable to Sign in after making the payment of Fees

On success of the payment you will get an email with password. Just Sign in to the application with the given password. Incase not received mail or unable to sign in with password contact over mail or phone given on the application.
